人工檢測法和橋檢車法都(dōu)是依靠人工用肉眼對橋梁表麵進行檢測,其速度慢,效率低,漏檢率高,實(shí)時性差,影響交通,存在安(ān)全隱患,很難大幅應(yīng)用;無損檢測包括激光檢測、超聲波檢測以及聲發(fā)射檢測等多種檢測技術,它們(men)儀器昂貴,測量(liàng)範圍小,不(bú)能滿足日益發展(zhǎn)的橋梁檢測要求;智能(néng)化檢測有基於導電性材料的混凝土(tǔ)裂縫分布式自動檢測係統和智能混凝土技術,也(yě)有最(zuì)前沿的基於機器視覺的檢測方法。

據統計,混凝(níng)土橋梁的損壞有90%以上都是(shì)由裂縫引起的,因此對橋梁的健康檢測主要是對橋梁表觀的裂縫(féng)進行檢測與(yǔ)測量。基於機器視覺的橋梁檢測技術主要包括(kuò)三部分內容:橋梁表觀圖像的獲取技術、基於圖像的裂縫自動識別理論與算法以及(jí)基於圖像的裂(liè)縫寬度等病(bìng)害程度(dù)定量化測量方法。

基於機器(qì)視覺的自動化、智能(néng)化檢測技術已經在道路、隧道上(shàng)得到了成功應用,在(zài)橋梁上也(yě)得(dé)到了初步的應用,但主要集中在視線(xiàn)開闊的高(gāo)空混凝土構件表觀圖(tú)像獲取技術上,在病害的(de)自動識別方麵仍停(tíng)留在(zài)理論研究階段,還無法應用於實際工程當中。針對(duì)量大麵廣的混凝土梁體,智能化視頻橋梁檢測車進入理論與關鍵部件模型的研製(zhì)階段,但是受到橋梁細小裂縫自動識別(bié)與清晰圖像快速化獲取難度大的限製,目前離達到實用化程(chéng)度的要(yào)求還相距甚遠。
